Error between Lectora and Server Issues

We have encountered an issue where Lectora will ramdomly open up some courses and not others. We log onto Internet--go to the correct website that courses are posted--choose a course and put in login info--this is where the issues begin: Either we are unable to complete the login due to an error, or we can get into the course, but not all the variables will come through (i.e. missing the course name or the user's name, but will have the course name, etc); sometimes we are able to login after receiving an error by hitting the back button and starting over--sometimes that will work. Has anyone run into this issue? If so, I really could use some pointers/help/suggestions.
