Working with video file

Dear All,Can anyone tell mo how to import video file in the work space of Lectora. I am trying to import a video which is in the MPEG format, but when i am using this video in the preview mode i am unable to see the video. What i see over there is the progress bar, time Lapsed and the audio is heard.
