508 for Dummies?

In a perfect world, everything should be 508 compliant. Just because you are not mandated to do it, doesn't mean that you should ignore what- 25,000,000 americans who could potentially be customers or clients.So in a nutshell, I think designing a course to be 508 compliant requires a couple of extra hours, but as long as you know how to do it, and know the pitfalls to avoid, there's no reason not to do it.On the other hand, a 3d simulator for doctors performing heart-surgery is virtually impossible to make compliant, and the audience for that is nil.Hope that clears things up.Joe
