Hello.I've been developing courses for my company for almost 4 years now. I started mainly as a developer and now starting to take it to the next level, designing my own courses. Aside from personal development, I'd like to improve my company's current e-learning system so if anyone could share some best practices, initiatives or strategies I would really appreciate it. This site has been very useful to me specially when I was starting and with the pool of experts we have on this site I'm sure I can learn more.Thanks.
