You must have used the body style on the headings. Not sure w/o watching you do it. Unlike Word, there is no way to tell which style is in use. Generally it is best to create a template page (NOT using the Layout feature) say at the back of your title or in the Library. The title block uses one style (Title, Subtitle, or some other), the main text uses Body style, etc. Then when you need a new page, use it.To fix your current situation you need to go to the blocks of text you did not want changed like the titles and apply a unique style (title, subtitle, etc.) to them. That way if you decide to change the title format, then all you do is change the style and all text that uses that style will be changed.
