508 Noncompliance - Menu

I ran my course through the 508 compliance checker and I'm getting an error on the MENU... don't know what it might be about the Menu that would trigger a non-compliance error. FYI: It's set up with sub-menus; everything is visible; don't see the option to provide alt-tags of any sort. Thank you!
