Buttons/Text Boxes/Images not selectable

When I cay "Click" I am talking about a non-keyboard click. For example, with a simple hyperlink, if you tab to it and press enter, it in essence "clicks" that link. I think a better description would be "select" instead of "click".When not running jaws, noting happens when you "click" those elements.
