To add a little sizzle I often use the following:Articulate EngageAdobe Captivateand there are loads of Flash slideshow utilities, including [ur=http://www.amarasoftware.com/flash-slide-show.htm]Amara[/url].Don't get too stressed about putting in too many bells and whistles. If you have time, then grab a copy of Mayer's Multimedia Learning, his experiments show which elements tend to increase learning and which are detrimental. That's right, the incorrect use of multimedia actually prevents people from learning.You might also want to take a look at the Centre for Learning & Performance Technologies Top 100 tools lists. They're full of impartial advice.Hope this helps.
