Can.t Launch AICC in LMS-Error

I loaded an AICC course developed in Lectora 7 and imported it into PeopleSoft ELM 9.0. I published the course on the same domain as the LMS. When I attempted to launch it, I got a General Exception error Titlemgr NullPointException. When I attempt to debug it, it points to Line 29 (Lesson Status).
