That is because the Adobe Flash player and the browser is blocking the running of ActiveX contents on your local machine. You can go into the Browser tools option and change it, but that opens a security issue when dealing with files that may have malicious content.Another reason could be administrator rights on the computer. Thats why different users trying to view this type of Captivate files within Lectora will have different results.Glad it worked.Have a great day!
