The interaction ID for each individual interaction needs to be unique, as defined by the ADL SCORM specifications. In order to do this, Lectora generates the first part of the ID based on the Question's Name within the Lectora title. It then adds an internal ID within the title. Finally, it adds a timestamp at the very end. The timestamp allows for each interaction to be unique, while the questionname_internalID will always be the same within all interactions for each student. This is how you can determine the actual question answered. The interaction ID for each individual interaction needs to be unique, as defined by the ADL SCORM specifications.
