I don't think you can overalp flashes. You can not have a text box overlap your flash file either. They need to stay seperate. side by side or one above the other. Why did you want to overlap the flashes though? You can just combine the two into one flash?Maybe if I can see what you are trying to do that might help.This code is simply to help you see an image through a flash... or if your BG (background) is set to a color, you won't see a solid box around the flash, you will see the background image through the flash.
