Have you ever had a PowerPoint presentation that the font sizes and styles were all over the globe? The Translation Tool can save hours of time and wear and tear on your mouse to bring the text into some kind of uniformity.After importing the PowerPoint file into Lectora, click on the Tools menu and then Translation Tool and create an rtf file of all the text.Open the rtf file in Word, do a “select all” change the font style to what ever style you want to use, save the file and import it back into your title and all the font characteristics you changed are implemented in the Lectora title.This is a quick way to update/change the characteristics of text.
