Storyboarding with Lectora or Publisher

To my knowledge, you cannot get anything to print on the lines. It is analogous to the "Handout" print in PowerPoint. The only relationship to "storyboard" that I have seen is that during your course development process you could print in this view for your SMEs or other reviewers to pass screen-by-screen handwritten comments back. Of course, they can only see the items which are initially visible, no pop-ups, etc., so even that has limited value.To my knowledge, you cannot get anything to print on the lines.
