Making sure in js that swf was loaded

Thanks, you gave me quite a few valuable hints. Myself, I've chosen before to just run the js function from the end of first frame of flash object - this I way I'm sure that js won't be called before swf fully loads. But the new problem arises - through some alert() debugging I've found that swf code (first frame) runs only once after page loads and doesn't run on page change, even on page reload! It's quite inintuitive (different than js at least) but does it mean that swf will remember it's variables values on page change? In this case I could get rid of lectora variables, especially if they cause problems on lms. (by the way - lectora variables without 'retain value between sessions' set also relies on cookies?
