Title Manager Supported Methods

I'm in a little bit of a pickle. I'm trying to get some specific functionality with randomized questions. And based on my schedule (deadline this week), I have already spent way too much time on it. I know the title manager must support some kind of variable clearing for the sequence of randomized questions. All I want to do is reset the order and regenerate a new order.
