Incorrect test score

OK. I've done what Tim suggested, but the problem persists.I need to re-define the problem. The incorrect score happens only when the course is published in HTML or AICC. If I take the tests using the Lectora application and the F11 function, the test scores correctly.Thanks in advance for any help.
