What version of Lectora is running? If you go into Lectora and select Help, About Lectora, there should see something similar to 2004-010 (1650).What version of Lectora is running? If you go into Lectora and select Help, About Lectora, there should see something similar to 2004-010 (1650).0

If the course has already been imported into the LMS, make sure that all of the course files are re-imported. It could be that not all of the files that were updated are being replaced on the server. When using a randomized test, it needs to update the first page in the course in order to randomize the test upon loading the course. If this doesn't happen, the test cannot be accessed since it does not know where to take the student. If the course has already been imported into the LMS, make sure that all of the course files are re-imported. Do you have a randomized test or a test with randomized test sections? Are you using the Java TitleMgr applet or the Javascript version? The button that takes you into the test ... hwat is the action that it is trying to do?A Goto Next Page .. . or a Goto Chap/Sect/Page that points to an area of the test?TimV0

I've created a test in publisher and it all worked fine. Then I was asked to randomise the test questions. when I test it it works fine, however, when I publish it to SCORM the next button that takes you into the assessment does not work regardless of what I do... however, if I change it back from randomised questions the next button works again.Any ideas?JaneEdited By: JaneP on 38314.83615740740

Are you saying that when you click the Next button, nothing happens? If not, what does it NOT do? Does it take you anywhere? To the next chapter perhaps? Do you get an error message? benAre you saying that when you click the Next button, nothing happens? If not, what does it NOT do? Does it take you anywhere? To the next chapter perhaps? Hi,We are encountering exactely the same problem as Jane did. We are using Lectora v. 2006 SP2 (3795). (The next button that takes the learner into the test section, doesn’t work when the test section is randomised.)Aaron, somehow I don't quite understand your answer to this - could you please explain, what we could do about this?Thanks,jz0

I have continued testing and am getting the same error, even when using the normal JAVA TitleManager and even when publishing not to SCORM, but to HTML.Has nobody experienced something like this?argh - deadline is in a few hours... jz0

Yes, nothing happens. It doesn't take me anywhere. I stay on the same page and there is no error message. Browser status bar says "Done" and there is no sign of activity of the browser whatsoever. It is as if I hadn't clicked anything. As soon as I unrandomise the test section and publish again, the Next button works and takes me straight to Question 1 in the test section.any ideas? jz0
